We serve Pasadena and Deer Park residents in need. In order to confirm residence and level of need, we require all applicants to go through an interview process and provide information about their household.   Required information includes the following:

• Proof of residence in the form of a current utility bill or rental agreement, to establish residence in Pasadena or Deer Park.
• A form of identification for all family members in the household.   Acceptable forms of identification include a driver's license, a state issued identification card, or passport (from any country).   For younger children, a birth certificate is acceptable.
• Amounts of monthly income for the household, and average monthly amounts for expense categories such as housing, utilities, groceries, medical, and other expenses.
